Middlesbrough College are expanding and adding a conventional classroom build to their multi milllion pound complex at the Riverside in Middlesbrough, Thus creating a need for additional Classrooms and Storeage facility during the works.

 

Spacebuilder Limited were able to supply and install a 12Nr  Bay Modular building fully refurbished along with a portal building, small jack leg office and a Chenical WC for the duration.

 

The classrooms each were laid to open plan with new decoration to the walls and ceilings, new electrics throughout inlcuding dado wall mounted trunking for Data and comms , new heaters and lighting to CAT II. Each double classroom has its own entrance door with vision panel and white upvc double glazed windows. Externally the building was finished of in Goosewing grey paint and access provided by steps or DDA compliant ramp.

 

Along side the building Spacebuilder provided a Portal building and Office with WC for the Colleges additional storeage facility. 

 

All the goundworks and installations were taken care of by Spacebuilders own Civils team

The Portal building store was delivered and Installed with in 3 working days and the Modular classrooms from order to occupation took less than 10 weeks
