Prior to Holy Familys current building works for a new school Spacebuilder Limited provided with the school with 3 Modular buildings

 

The first building was to house up to 70 children for classroom teaching space. A 6Nr Bay modular building was used finished in Plastisol steel , with double glazing to the windows along with electric window shutters.

The building has double entry doors with vision panels and each classroom has its own emergency exit.

The internal was split into two even large classroom with a central lobby for cloaks and storeage.

The internal walls and ceilings were all replaced with vinyl faced plasterboard and new carpets and electrics finished the building

 

Building two and Three was for Spacebuilder to provide a solution for a Hair and Beauty salon training department and a computer classroom.

We used two buildinns a 7Nr Bay and a 5Nr High bay Modular building which were fitted out in accordance to the schools agreed design, providing a large open plan teaching area with workstations and booths for training.

All plumbing including a bank of sinks and full boiler were installled, electrics including data comms trunking and alarms and emergency lighting , flooring, windows, doors with vision panels and internal wall and suspended ceilings were replaced with brand new fittinngs. For added security large windows shutters were fixed to the external of the buildings. DDA access was supplied to meet compliance
